its actually electric. We figured with the price of gas nowadays we took out the cast iron radiator and put a base board electric heater and fireplace in the room. Together its about 7,000 btu's should be more than enough.

thanks guys. this is actually the last room in my house that needed it. Already have the living room kitchen and bath done. (well mostly done)
